Short Stare was an commission for Australian Digital Art Projects, that was exhibited in a group exhibition of invited artists from Japan, Australia, China, the Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia for the Yokohama Contemporary Arts space in the Yokohama cultural precinct.  This was a formatted trompe l'oeil internal architectural re-modelling of the stairwell that joined the main gallery spaces.  The work was hectic, as the whole of the project had to be measured, tested and created (and rendered on a laptop) in the space of 3 days.  This meant a whole lot of time in a small Japanese hotel room, late nights, and a lot of back and forth with the gallery staff.  I'm amazed that it went so well.
